𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐥𝐮, an RCC alumnus from BSED-English Batch 2013, recently received a 𝐂𝐄𝐂 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 as a Middle School Teacher in Desert Wind Middle School, Arizona, on March 12, 2026. The award was given by the Council for Exceptional Children at Salt Lake City, Utah, USA.
