Not all who seek admission at RCC are admitted. Being an RCCian is a privilage. If you expect to enjoy this privilege, be always mindful of the duties and responsibilities you should perform. Familiarize yourselves with the policies, rules and regulations which will be given by school authorities when needed.

Within the framework of these policies, rules and regulations, responsible freedom and harmonious relationships flourish between you and the school community. With these, we shall have in RCC an atmosphere that is conducive to the attainment of our common vision, mission and goals.
